Eddie Ahearn was his usual excellent self, scoring 33 points along with six rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that’s the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Shanfeld, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.

Parkway South’s victory bumped their record up to 10-16. As for Riverview Gardens, they have been struggling recently as they’ve lost 15 of their last 18 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-21 record this season.

Parkway South will be playing in front of their home fans against Marquette at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Marquette’s favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five matches. Riverview Gardens’ road trip will continue as they head out to face Christian Brothers at 6:00 p.m. on February 29th.
