Parkway South has been on the road for two straight, but on Friday they’ll finally head home. They will take on the Riverview Gardens Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they’ll have plenty of motivation to get the ‘W’.

Parkway South pushed their score all the way to 55 on Tuesday, but even that wasn’t enough to win. They took a 70-55 bruising from Timberland.

Eddie Ahearn put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 26 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that’s the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Ryan Shanfeld, who scored 12 points.

Meanwhile, Riverview Gardens was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They were outmatched by Parkway North on the road and fell 68-41. That’s two games in a row now that Riverview Gardens has lost by exactly 27 points.

Parkway South has been struggling recently as they’ve lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-16 record this season. As for Riverview Gardens, their loss dropped their record down to 4-20.
