Open Gym and Weight Lifting for Fall 2021

Open gyms are open to anyone NOT PLAYING a Fall sport. We will focus on conditioning, and the fundamentals of running offense and playing defense. There will also be some time to play full court. It is against MSHSAA rules for anyone playing a Fall sport to attend. We are limited in how many we can have due to MSHSAA rules, and gym availability with Fall sports and activities.
Open gym dates and times:
9/15 – 3:45-5:15
9/23 – 3:45-5:15-Cancelled
9/28 – 4:00-5:30
9/29 – 4:00-5:30

Coach Rosewell is also keeping the weight room open Monday through Thursday for weight lifting until 3:45 each day. He has workouts specific to basketball, so if you are not playing a Fall sport and not taking Strength and Condition in PE, we strongly encourage you to attend. On Wednesdays, there will be a study hall room students can go to if they need to wait on the 5:30 activity bus. Any other day, students will need to be picked up by 3:45.
